Is my donation secure?

Yes. M-PESA and bank transfers are processed by your provider/bank. NGF does not access your PIN and does not store sensitive payment data.

How do I confirm my donation?

Keep your M-PESA confirmation SMS or bank slip. You can WhatsApp proof to 0701 842 755 for faster acknowledgment.

Can I donate anonymously?

Yes. You can donate without sharing personal details. If you want a receipt/acknowledgment, share your email or WhatsApp number.

Do you issue receipts?

Receipts/acknowledgments can be issued upon request. Send your transaction code and preferred contact details via WhatsApp.

What if I sent to the wrong number/account?

Immediately contact your provider/bank for guidance. Then notify NGF via WhatsApp so we can advise on next steps.

Can I give monthly?

Yes. We can guide you to set up recurring giving via standing order or scheduled M-PESA methods (depending on your provider options).

How is my data used?

Only for donation acknowledgment, receipts (if requested), and optional updates. You can opt out anytime.
